How To Make Caribbean Chicken Shepherd's Pie?
Ingredients
- 2 lb Mince Meat
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
- 2 Onion Red or White
- 4 pegs Garlic
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 12 lb Corn and Mixed Vegetables 1 Tin Can of Each No Problem
- 8 Large Irish Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano and Thyme

1. Saute onion and garlic slices into the ground beef and chicken 2. Add salt, black pepper, oregano and thyme to the ground beef 3. Add tomato paste and mix 3 tablespoon flour and mix to the remaining chicken stock and mix to the ground beef 4. Add beef mixture to the baking dish then pour carrots and peas on top of mixture 5. Smash potatoes, add 1/2 cup of warm milk, 2 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoon cream cheese and 1/4 cup parmesean cheese 6. Cook chicken for 45 minutes and 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper,remove from heat and drain. Set aside chicken stock, when cooled blend chicken with 1/3 cup of chicken stockChicken Shepherd’s Pie
