  • 4 cups Flour
  • 1&1/2 cup Grated Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Shortening
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 3/4 cup Warm Evaporated Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg and Cinnamon

  1. Mix together all your ingredients in a dish with your hands
  2. Add 2/3 cups of water to your mixture (Sprinkle With Flour if too Damp)
  3. Leave it for a five (5) minutes
  4. Organize your frying pan with oil for frying
  5. Take a handful of dough and form into balls (circle) (oval)
  6. Deep fry until Golden brown (top,bottom,both sides)
